Who we are

The Year is 2023 and after surviving a near life ending ordeal, the founder of the consortium rejoined the Hobby Space after nearly a two decades of being away. When they had left, the original N-Strike Longshot was still on the shelves and was the king of the battlefield. Worker Products? Non existent.

Quickly diving face first back into the foam flinging environment, they quickly learned that times had changed and watched and listened as people all over the hobby shared opinions and stories about all of the stores and influencers in the hobby space. The most common thing heard was that the bigger store names only carried a certain amount of things from well known designers and the independent stores had a lack of quality control and even worse customer service.

For almost 30 years, the founder of the consortium had worked in the service and hospitality industry; acquiring many accolades from employers to consumers alike about their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure customer satisfaction was maintained. They found that customers were okay with mistakes happening as long as the business owned up and remedied the error promptly. Of course, by having a high standard of quality control, the client never saw those mistakes in the first place.

Jump to 2023 and the release of the X-Shot Longshot. An online store (we won’t name names) sold a unique accessory that caught our eye and we decided to order it. We had heard about negative reviews, however noted that every negative review seemed to be steeped in the store proprietors identity and politics. What we received was a beautiful product that looked sharp, but shattered the moment we attempted to install it (it was supposed to slip onto the picatinny rail). In addition, the cost of customization was, rather ridiculous to say the least. A blaster was purchased from the same person and again, looks were deceiving but by then every negative complaint was being validated. After working closely with another printer, we learned the ins and outs and started to fix the blaster ourselves. The seed of the consortium started there.

Jump to 2025, a random message sent to us via messenger and we are asked to be on a podcast to discuss hobby news. Apparently the stars lined up because one of the most ethical hobby store owners was looking to take a step back and sought out an inheritor of their legacy. Several conversations later, we came to an agreement and the consortium came to fruition with a launch date as an Etsy storefront with an agreement between ourselves and Frantz Foam Works that we would always provide outstanding service and maintain their legacy as being a provider of reasonably priced quality 3D printed goods for the foam flinging hobby. Unfortunately, Etsy showed to be a hostile environment due to their overly restrictive policy regarding firearms and after our hottest selling items were removed, we migrated to this online store instead. The rest, as they say, is History.
